Is PastPay a business loan?
PastPay is a B2B payment-terms solution used for eligible business purchases. The agreement and transaction summary shown before confirmation set out the exact legal and commercial terms.
What does PastPay cost for a buyer?
PastPay’s current buyer offer waives the annual €50 credit-risk assessment fee for companies registering by 31 December 2026. Any transaction-specific cost and the total amount due are shown before confirmation.
How quickly can I see a purchasing limit?
PastPay’s digital assessment can show a purchasing limit in under two seconds once the required company information is available. Eligibility and the final amount depend on the business and transaction.
Who receives the money, and when?
For an approved purchase, the merchant receives payment from PastPay while the buyer pays PastPay on the agreed due date. Exact merchant payout timing is confirmed during onboarding.
What happens if a buyer expects a late payment?
The buyer should contact PastPay support as soon as possible. Any late-payment consequences are governed by the accepted agreement and transaction terms.
Who can register a company?
A company representative with the necessary authority can start registration. Additional company and identity verification may be required before PastPay can be used.
Can PastPay work outside a webshop?
Yes. Merchants can use PastPay for eCommerce, direct trade and multichannel sales through integrations, API connections or the PastPay Portal.
